Now in his 5^th full year as the head boys’ and girls’ soccer coach at Arlingon High School – Duncan Nicol’s 19 years in coaching spans many levels of the game. His previous roles include interim head coach and assistant coach for the Union University women’s program, assistant coach at Collierville High School, head coach for both the boys’ and girls’ programs at Southwind High and a club coach with the Collierville Lobos Rush Soccer Association where he won a state championship with the 98 boys. A native of North Delta, British Columbia, Canada, Duncan has also had the opportunity to play at various levels including winning the Canadian National Club Championships with his youth team North Delta United. Nicol attended Union University where he and his team won the NCCAA National Championship and went undefeated in all four years on their home field. Coach Duncan lives in Lakeland with his wife Julie, son Cayden, and daughter Callie.
