How to Register
Step 1: Complete form
Step one is as simple as filling out all of the fields in the form below. This is the first step to letting us know what school and age level you are and how to contact you and your parents/guardians. Once you click submit, head to Step 2.
To make this as easy as possible we are offering credit card payment through our square payment page. However, this will require a small additional fee. You may also pay via cash or check (made out to “AHS Soccer Booster”).
The final step is to print the required waiver (linked below in step 3) complete it in full with the pertinent information and then bring it to camp on the first morning. Athletes will not be allowed to participate without this form signed and completed in full.
